Soo delicious dishes & drinks and the friendliest bartenders I know. ?
We stayed in the hotel for 5 days. We never ate in the Nautilo, but sat in the bar area every evening. The service is very friendly. Unfortunately, the waiting times are far too long in relation to the number of guests. The quality of the drinks is ok, but not in line with the high price level. Most of the corona measures are being implemented. But the consistency is missing. An example: the bartender uses a visor instead of a face mask. But then he permanently folded it back instead of wearing it in front of his face.
We were guests at the Raddison Hotel for ten days and ate at the NAUTILO every other evening. The kitchen is creative and varied. There are vegetarian dishes, fish and meat from the 800 degree grill and a large and unusual selection of side dishes. We ate the rump steak several times and it was always spot on. The vegetarian Thai vegetable curry and the burger with homemade bread were also delicious. We never managed desserts because the portions are plentiful and there was always a selection of breads with dips in advance. The service was always very attentive and friendly, but not fake or too pushy with regard to other drinks, desserts, etc. Finally, I would like to mention the special rooms. The restaurant is just fantastic! The bar at the entrance is an eye-catcher and then the narrow corridors to the dining rooms follow. The submarine motto has been implemented perfectly. The main room with its high ceilings offers a view of the Trave, but the small booths also have charm, just like the seats at the bar. The chairs and benches are very comfortable and the high-pile carpeting creates a pleasant background noise. Last but not least: the Corona Hygene regulations were always observed. - There is a disinfectant dispenser at the entrance, all service staff wear mouth protection, on the tables there are lists for entering with a packaged ballpoint pen and there is usually more than 1.5 meters between the tables. The service staff pay close attention to keeping the distances. It is therefore advisable to reserve a table in advance. Parking spaces and underground parking are directly at the restaurant. We thank you for the delicious evenings at NAUTILO, please keep it up! We would love to come back.

Very nice atmosphere matching the topic. The terrace is also ideal for a cozy evening. The cocktails are freshly made and delicious.
A modern designed restaurant with very good cuisine and a beautiful outdoor terrace. At the beginning the service was very attentive, but it decreased in the course of the evening, which is why we had to go to the bar ourselves after a long wait to order something. However, this only slightly tarnishes the positive overall impression
Great food, good wine. The steak was spot on and the side dishes excellent.
The interior is a blast, totally corresponds to my taste! - My compliments at this point. For food, we ate there for two days during our hotel stay. On both days the food was good and recommended. In terms of price, it can be found in the upper segment. Not really expensive, but not cheap either - in our opinion, however (mostly) reasonable prices. Given the occasion: The corona rules are observed!
At first they forget gin and tonic, but we get them for free. The starter is a fine lobster soup, however the white wine is delayed. Then comes the main course, however, they have forgotten the sauce for one person out of two. We draw attention to this, at the same time asking for the red wine we have ordered which they have also forgotten. One steak has gotten too much and the other is not tender. The bearnaise sauce is cold and tastes most of all of baked cream and the french fries they have just picked up at McDonald's. We have ordered dessert, yet they come and ask if we should not have dessert? The dessert I doubt is homemade! The 164 euros we could have spent better at a cafeteria in Denmark.
The level of this restaurant is far below what I expect when staying at a Radisson Hotel. Poor service and taste experience.
Had 3 courses on a thuesday evening. 6 tables with guests, 4 Walters on the floor. The food was ok, the service horrible. We ordered both white and red wine for starters and main cource. Red whine never showed, we asked again when main dish was served, still it was a no show. After starters we orderd water. That was also no show. We asked again at main dish serving, still no show. They then billed us for water but not the wine. Not a single sign of remorse when we pointed out the errors, no excuse, no anything. They did remove the water off the bill, wow, thanks.

My girlfriend and I stayed here on a Monday night. A beautiful summer evening and were placed at a table directly on the large patio doors, so that we could enjoy the new ambience inside as well as the beautiful summer air. We ordered something to drink and immediately got bread on a cake stand with three kinds of dips, which we could later reorder. For starters there was mango salsa with shrimps and baked avocado. It was really a dream! As the main course we ordered the Nautilo Burger with French Fries and the Argentinian Rump Steak with a Portobello Mushroom filled with Bulgur. As an additional side dish there was green asparagus with nut brittle. Everything was delicious! For dessert we ordered the creme brulee with fresh fruit compote, in our case fresh strawberries .. ? A big compliment to the kitchen, we'll be back! ?
The restaurant has been completely redesigned and the name Nautilo has been implemented in the interior. New in the kitchen is a high temperature grill for meat and fish (beefer). The bar is also new, the drinks good and reasonably priced. The signature cocktails are particularly recommended.
